jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Waiver of Class Action and Mandatory Arbitration

By using this Site and the Services, you agree that you expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally waive

any right to proceed in a class action or other representative capacity for any proceedings arising out of

or relating to any disputes with Worldwide Investments.

Privacy Policy, or your registration to the Services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance

with the rules of the American Arbitration Association before an independent arbitrator. This arbitration

product liability, negligence, violation of a statute, or any other legal theory. The location of arbitration

shall be Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Waiver and Severability

not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of

competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall
